Providing the perfect base for family or friends to explore the wonderful North Norfolk coast and is conveniently located close to the local shops, cafes and restaurants, with the award-winning beach just a short stroll away.Ground Floor, Victorian tiled path, one step up leading to: Front door leading into the spacious hall with original tiled flooring, staircase, door to Lounge: with Smart TV, comfortable sofas, bay window and feature fireplace, door to Dining Room: with large table to seat 10, French doors leading out to the rear garden and feature fireplace. One Step down: Door to Kitchen: with original tiled floor, insert Victorian feature range, gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Door leading into Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer & beer/wine fridge, and door to Shower Room: walk in shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin. Step from utility room into small rear garden.
Staircase leading to first floor landing, with door to Master bedroom: with Kingsize bed, bay window and feature fireplace. Bunk bedroom: with bunk beds (suitable for children only). Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds. Step down to: Double bedroom: with double bed. Family bathroom: with free standing bath, double ended bath, WC, and washbasin.
Traditional steep staircase with stairgate leading to second floor landing, 3 steps up: with door to Double bedroom: with double bed and a sea glimpse accross the rooftops. Family shower room: with walk in shower cubicle, WC, and wash basin.
Outside: Small front garden enclosed with brick and flint walls, small rear courtyard style garden.
Please note: Stairgate on top light of stairs only, coolbag, picnic basket, beach chairs, iron and ironing board provided. 2 x well behaved dogs welcome at £20.00 per pet, per week.
